Epats, LGC, Board of directors
The El Paso Transportation Authority (ETA) provides fixed route (ETA paseo) and ADA Paratransit (ETA access) service in rural El Paso County. ETA is administered by the El Paso Area Transportation Services, Local Government Corporation (EPATS, LGC). EPATS, LGC, was created to encourage and assist local municipalities to cooperate in providing regional public transportation solutions in El Paso County. ETA’s services were created to improve on services previously provided by El Paso County Transit. The EPATS, LGC, Board is made up of a chairperson representing El Paso County and one board member representing each member municipality. The EPATS, LGC, Board meets publicly on a monthly basis.
