The  Access Advisory Committee (AAC) was created by the El Paso Transportation Authority (ETA) in 2024 to ensure that public transit in El Paso County is accessible to people with disabilities. The committee helps improve ETA’s ADA Paratransit Plan and includes up to nine voting members, such as individuals who use paratransit services and nonprofit representatives.  The AAC identifies transit accessibility issues, recommends improvements, and gives feedback on ETA’s services.
